I'm a novelist born and raised in a small Southern town called Wendell, NC.

I found peace and pride in the practice of marbling ceramics with my beloved dog watching nearby. Sherlock passed away in 2022, but I still feel his calm, joyful presence radiating from the process of completing each piece. I'd like to share that with you in some small way.
